Monthly GIFT?

BEGIN RANT.

I hate how people call periods "monthly gifts." They aren't gifts at all. They make you feel like you want to die because they hurt so much and they are just irritating.

I had a guy say to me "Why do girls hate them so much? On those commercials, they look so comfortable. They are wearing their 'pads' or whatever you call them and they just look like it doesn't matter that they are on it."
THIS is why I hate tampon and pad commercials. They make it sound like if we buy those kinds of products, it will make it any better/easier. NO. It sucks just as much. Just a hint less paranoia than before.

Anyways, girls on their periods aren't going to be all "spinny-twirly-happy-cuddly" or whatever you want to say. They are going to want to rip your eyes out if you do something wrong.
